I now have both Issues 3 and 4 ready to post, went online to check if the form was working and found this:

We’re aware that there are problems with this form.

To avoid further confusion, we have temporarily removed all open issues from this page.

We are working hard to fix the fault and hope to have things back to normal as soon as possible.

Please accept our apologies!

I'm off work for the next 3 days so will keep checking back to see if it's working but I imagine if it's not on today it'll run into next week. If anyone happens to spot it working, please let me know and I'll post them up asap

End date for issue 3 is 6th feb and issue 4 is 13th feb so plenty of time yet
