Skipton Mortage Application process time scales....

Hello
I have had a decision in principle accepted and approved I've been told 3 steps ......

1st is DIP= accepted (I no these are no 100%)
2nd step was Afordability check - again accepted no issues
3rd step - someone is calling me tomorow too discuss what rates etc i want I have already spoken to the underwriters as I had to
Get a letter from bank and they were very happy!
What I would like some advice on is what else happens at
The 3rd and final stage? I'm assuming my proofs etc and I no they have done a full credit check on me as they told me and shows on my credit file (skipton underwriting ) search does anyone have advice/ dealt with them before?

Thank you very much
