Hi,
I got into a spot of trouble with loan repayments and ended up repaying via an attachment of earnings, this has now been completed and I received a letter comfirming this, shortly after I received another letter informing me that I had been getting interest on the attachment payments, and now had another bill to repay.
Can this be correct, the loan company keep telling me that they can charge me interset on my original bill, a loan that had interest on it !!!
