P+P is £3.50 and there is a coupon on page 35 of the main bit of the paper (another £2.00) but you can claim online at www.moomamarket.co.uk/TELOUT and pay postage by debit or credit card, so no need to buy the paper as far as I can see.

Just had a look - you need to click on What's Fresh. There are actually other free offers there apart from the walking pole, and yet more if you click Hidden Offers in the red box on the left on the home page

You might have to buy the paper to get the code, unless some kind person can enlighten us?

If it's the same sort of pole, i've had an email from our local Council to say they're giving free lessons on how to use it.

Knowsley residents are invited to sign-up for a walking workout – with a twist.
Nordic Pole Walking started out in the early 20th century as a way of keeping cross-country skiers fit during the Finnish summers.
Fast-forward 100 years and walking with specifically-designed poles – similar to those used in skiing – is a growing fitness trend, which Community Health Development Team is bringing to Knowsley free of charge.
“This is a specific training technique designed to target 90 per cent of the body muscles without causing muscle fatigue,” says Pauline Whitby, Lifestyle Facilitator for the team, which is part of 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
“It burns up to 20 per cent more calories than normal walking if the correct technique is used and perfectly combines the mental health benefits of effective exercise with those of being outdoors.”
