hiya im a bit (a lot) worried about declaring BR although dont have any real options. you see i went into a DMP with payplan 2 years ago but its the neg equity and my dh's debts BR seems the only way forward. trouble is i had 3 catalogues which i didnt include in the dmp as i had paid them off. then i got emails from them saying 'come back and we'll give you £50' and that sort of thing so i ordered from them (this was the xmas before last) and youve guessed the slippery slope started up again
.
will i get in trouble for this? worried. Bella

A DMP is not a legally binding document so you are free to manage your finances as you wish, so no you haven't broken any laws.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
