, 10 kg of lead balloons
or
they weigh the same?

They would be the same, 10kg is 10kg no matter what it is.

They weigh the same - 10kg is the same no matter what it's made up of. Comes from the classic "What's heavier - 1kg of feathers or 1kg of bricks" riddle.

I'd agree the same but is there a catch to the question? Both sets of balloons filled with 10kg but one set is filled with a solid weight (lead) and the other is filled with a liquid weight (water) though I would probably guess there is no difference.
