hi people

i have won my claim against pennalty charges and im now wanting to pay my loan off in full. i owe £806. but the lloyds tsb are saying that i need a settlement figure because interest has to be added to the amount??? but surely they cant charge me interset for paying a loan off early??? could anybody help me with this matter? also when i won my bank charges back i had to sign a solicitors letter saying if i got charged again these charges would stick so i dont fancy paying these again. im doing this because i have gone for a mortgage and make credit score isnt good enough.

thanks Ady

58 callendar days worth of interest will be added to the loan as an early settlement fee.

    Hope This Helps.
