Help!
Me and two friends have decided to buy a house. We've lived together for a long time, and so have no worries about fall-outs, but we are struggling to find the right advice about mortages, solicitors and all the legal stuff. We are happy to go through London and country to get a mortgage but would really like help with the other parts - Can anyone help? Thanks!

What other parts?
Solicitors and legal stuff can all be arranged by the broker.

Well I was hoping to find a solicitor that specialises in groups buying together, to make sure that all the right arrangements are made... the contracts will obviously be complicated.
And also - do you know if getting a solicitor and surveyor through the brokers would be more expensive - do they automatically send you over to people who may not be the best? Or where do I find a good surevyor and solicitor myslef if necessary?
And how about life insurance? House insurance and home contents insurance? Do you know if brokers can fnd those too? Or how can I find the best rates for all of those things?
I really appreciate your help!
