How strange. I received an email informing me that my order was despatched.

It's seriously not strange. It's arrogance at its worst.

I don't know what criteria they use for cancelling or maybe it's just some random thing as CS go through the orders, but they do not honour for a good proportion of orders and CS give lame excuses if you question why (see above).

I've just made my 4th order from this sale, very happy with the bargains so far! only one code will work now and when you try enter loads they cap it at a weird 19% off. Got my boyfriend a coat for £20 delivered, it was OOS in his size before but now one has magically appeared!:j

19. PROMOTIONS

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. UO Europe reserves the right to cancel any orders placed with multiple code use.

The reason why you were able to use a 20% discount and free delivery promo is because the free delivery promo was an automated promotion, where you didn't have to add a special Promotion Code at the check out. In this case it would not really count as a promotion code.

Your feedback is still very valuable for us and I will pass this on to my colleagues.

Perhaps they're in Germany like Asda CS are in South Africa. More grumbling from me if so, as I don't support a company taking our jobs overseas in the current climate.

Well they offered me free delivery as a goodwill gesture so I reordered the 2 items they still had in stock using the 15% off and then today the bag had come back in stock so I reordered it using 10% off along with 2 other bits so I was over the £50 minimum for free delivery. If I don't like them I'll just return to the store for free (2 mins from my office). So despite the cancelled order they still got over £110 from me from this sale and I do think it's great value at these prices although bit sad I didn't manage to get the 45% off others were getting!
