    Boo... my DD is only 1.5 shoe size. Would it be purely lustful spending to buy them and store them for a couple of years until she is size 3?

    Nope. When AllSaints stopped doings kidswear I bought military boots for my son in the smallest size. Two years later he's wearing them. Just don't forget you have them - I'm about to eBay a load of a Boden boots and shoes I put away for later then forgot. Seven pairs. I'd cry if I hadn't got them all in sales.
