Post Bankruptcy Business Bank Account Signatory

Hi everyone
I need some help.
I am the social secretary of a amateur dramatics company and the treasurer and president have sent me an email today saying that they are looking into setting up a bank account that runs along side the main company's bank account just for social committee things.
At the moment if anything needs to be paid the treasurer and president have to take time out to go to Barclays to make a payment as two signatories are required.
They've said they want to make me one of the two signatories of the social committee bank account. However they don't know I am an ex-bankrupt (discharged Nov 12) and I'd like it to stay that way as they are also "friends" as such.
Will I be able to be a signatory on this account no problems or will I not be allowed. If I'm not allowed I'm fine with it, however I don't want to have to tell them I'm a discharged bankrupt.
Any advise?
