Claiming NHS pension due to ill health

Hi to all,
I am in deperate need of advice please.
I am a 45 and worked as a nurse untill 2007 when after being off work since november 2005 due to health problems, my employment was terminated on the grounds ill health. I have since been on I/B, now ESA and DLA. I am registered disabled and have Fibromyalgia, Barrett's esophagus and am now undergoing tests for crohn's, so on the whole very unwell.
I was transfered to ESA last march and have been told it will stop this march and I will no longer be entitled to it.
My question is how can I claim my pension early to replace the money I will lose. Although I have not worked for seven years, do I need to be medically retired and if so how do I go about it?
Plus what would be the steps to claim my pension?
Look forward to your advice please!
sam

This sounds like contribution based ESA which can be claimed for 365 days.
You may be able to claim income based ESA depending on other income. Going for ill health pension may not be the best option as it could impact on the amount of income based ESA you could get if entitled.0 -
I have found the NHS pensions service extremely helpful, and they will talk you through what you need to know. There are also a few threads on this board if you use the search function.0

I agree here.
OP Do you have a partner who works as that would prevent any claim for income based ESA.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -
