For people using the code and it doesn't work maybe they have used it already previously on that acct and forgotten so worth trying another acct as it is once only use.;).

Hi all I ordered a 23 inch tv/dvd yesterday from tesco for £118 is there any way of either cancelling this or will they accept a return when I pick it up?

You should be able to cancel unless its been despatched and even then you dont have to accept it, it can be sent back and a refund issued.
If it was me i would ring customer services and ask.

Cant get the sated code to work - even created a new login account - any suggestions?!!!

Like i said before, i couldn't get the code to work, tried 3 accounts.
I rang them up and they honoured it for me

Placed the order online and then called the aftercare team who honoured the code - I had 2 x £20 gift cards as well so got a £117 tv/dvd combo for £23!!! ( in my mind anyway...):j

Good point - so have justed logged into TCB to see if i can sneak a retrospective!!!
