Job Warehouse have hundreds of jobs in my city. Not sure why a high percentage of them say Yorkshire-Scotland though! :rotfl:
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

For the Jobwarehouse / CV library, agencies from all over the country use it, I got a job in my local area via an agency based in Bristol (100s of miles away) who don't know the area. Bit mad, don't know why the college were using one so far away, but there you go. The agencies all exist, many agenices are now based in one place, but have local numbers to ring, though you could ring a completely differnt area code and get through to the same place. CV warehouse enables agencies / employers to search through CVs on the data base using key words. However, the jobs often don't exist and are just there to get you onto the agency books. It annoys me no end that the UJM allows all these agency posts to advertise, when I understood that employers could acually search UJM for suitable candidates.

As someone who uses the UJ site everyday and search all jobs in my locality it didn't take long for me to spot these same CV Library jobs appearing everyday just in a different order with that days date on it.

Either the vast majority of these jobs just don't exist or Universal Jobmatch are altering the dates to make it look like there's more jobs than there actually is so the government can continue their nonsense spin hows there's plenty of jobs out there.

I'd bet any money on at least a third (if not more) of the agency jobs don't exist on UJ full stop. I can think of multiple times I've e-mailed about a job that's gone up that day supposedly and it's suspiciously been filled despite me e-mailing almost as soon as it went up yet the agency can keep me on file which was clearly the purpose of the advert in the first place, to get people on file.

Are they not real? Is that what you are saying?

Computer People is a real agency, but are known for the posting of fake jobs on their site to bulk it up. This job is a fake, as it has been repeatable re-posted for months. When you call for details you will be informed that it has been filled, but come in anyway. Furthermore there is no 'Robert Bull' at Computer People.
