not sure why anyone mentioned it, but i clicked on http://www.moneysupermarket.com/current-accounts/basic-bank-accounts/
which has a list of basic bank accounts, and ive actually opened the cardone banking CURRENT account, as they dont do anyone credit checks, everyone is guarantied to be accepted, and its free for the first 6 months, but then they charge £12.50 a month after, and they charge £1.50 per withdraw from a cashmachine, but i have a way around that anyway
(simply going into a bookmakers, making a deposit on a roulette machine, printing off the ticket for the amount i deposited, then take it up to the cashier to be cashed ) 0
