Decorating Pews....

Can you tell we've finally set a date?! Suddenly millions of questions again haha!
Trying to think of some MSE ways to decorate the pews....hopefully cheaper than lots of flowers which are expensive (and then die!)
Any ideas/photos much appreciated

I am wondering the same thing, so i'll keep tabs on this thread! I had thought about a bow with perhaps a single flower, i'd seen a picture somewhere and it looked really nice.Debt free (if you don't count the mortgage!)0

Tulle - 50p for 25m Ivory spool from The Range. We spent £10 on loads of tulle and cleared the shelf, figured the tulle could be useful for venue decoration and various other weddingy crafts!
Tie in a poofy bow as per the instructions on the spool, plonk some sort of flower (silk, bunches of lavender from garden, tissue paper, foam, fabric anything else you can think of!) in the middle and hang with ribbon in your colours - with some ribbon hanging down with tails of bow.
Be extra MSE and only decorate every other row - still looks stunning.

If anyone has any pics I'd love a nosey!0 -
Ok, here was the first attempt when I hurriedly made a rough tulle bow with a single little foam rose I had a couple of scrappy pieces of too-thin ribbon salvaged from a favour bag! Very roughly put together (and displayed!) but hopefully will give you a vague idea of what I meant, you might need to use a bit of imagination though!

Oo that looks lovely. My theme is black and ivory so I could have one of each on the end of the pewsWill have to check with the church though, as it will be in the month of advent the church may already had flowers etc in it!

I don't need anything like it I'm not having a top table or anything plus the decorations are included.
