After starting a claim they have replied that:
you failed to read the listing in full,
and that refund has been processed.

we replied:
I did ebay message you, to which you didn't reply, hence this action.
I do appreciate you may be new to selling, but you can't have Free P&P listed all over your listing,
and then in small print at the very end, say there is postage!
(The way the listing has been set up has probably confused things, but there are plenty of forums
or ebay them selves, you could have asked for advice.)
And finally, it is explicitally against ebay rules to try to add on Final Value Fee after the auction has ended.
Actions such as this will probably see you fall foul of ebay.
You should also alter your listings (ask ebay for help) before you get too many disgruntled buyers.
