I ordered last night after both gowgowuk and macgyver and received mine straight away - maybe a glitch?

As soon as you claim the voucher it deducts the amount from your balance and is meant to send an email with the code in. There's no way of 'trying again' because the amount has already been deducted and says you do not have enough rewards to claim this item if you try to claim again. There's no way of checking your account history either to see what the mailed code was.
I've still not received my email after 24 hours and judging by the comments on Facebook nearly everyone is having the same problem.0 -
I'd send them an email asap Scudlink, mine appeared within seconds of redeeming. Odd that some people are receiving them and others aren't, there must be something wrong in the system. Hope you receive it soon!

My e-mail came through straight away as it usually does with the code on. I don't know why some people are having problems?

Update. I've now received my Amazon code by email today, after emailing CS on Saturday.0
