Buy-to-let PPI has anyone claimed this?

in Reclaim mortgage fees, council tax, etc
Hi all,

I have had a few buy-to-let mortgages over the past few years, has anybody had any joy claiming PPI from banks/mortgage companies based on BTL as I haven't heard much on these mortgages. Thanks

    buy to lets lending is unregulated. Whilst the sale of PPI since January 2005 has been regulated, mortgage PPI doesnt get much coverage as most complaints are correctly rejected and its generally regarded as the one PPI worth having. Plus, with most mortgage brokers not being regulated prior to January 2005, there isnt much of a window for complaints there. Banks tend to be harder on reviewing MPPI for the cases they have done as well (and they will consider pre regulation complaints).
