second chance offers is a standard feature of ebay.

UKASH is a scam and paying outside of ebay is a breach of ebays rules so report the item and seller

Paying by 'topping off' a seller's prepaid credit or debit card

I've all but stopped offering second chance offers - very rarely get taken up and lots of people seem to think they're a scam anyway. This sort of thing just puts another nail in the coffin.
