Will the OR request/require statements for CCs etc?

As the title says...

before/after the OR interview will she request I supply statements for CCs etc? Or request them from the CC company? Or simply ask you have the debt come about?

Spoke to the OR today and she is sending a letter to me and awaiting my file from the courts, said the next stage would be for her to send a letter giving me advanced notice of the time/date of the phone interview... but I don't see how she would have enough time to get all this info... if she even needs it that is...

There are many on this board whom have been or going through all this and I figure you may know more about how it works..

i asked for a face to face interview and took my cc statements/bank stuff etc.

Some OR's will send you a list in the pack of all statements they require from you. If you don't have any then you tell them which ones you don't have so they can get them from the companies involved.

If your BR is fairly simple and you have been very thorough on your forms then sometimes the OR will not ask for anything as they have all the information they need.

Some just go straight to the companies and ask them.

All the OR asked was for 12 months bank statements, 3 payslips and if I had them loan or CC statements. I didnt have any of the statments I only had some debt collector letters when I spoke to the OR,s office and told them I didnt have statements they said dont worry about it.

Hi, i guess they all differ in what they ask for. I collected 12 months statements. At first mine said he just needed 3 of each, he rang a few days later to say he didnt need any at all. My BR was not just normal as i used to have a business and some debts were included in the BR. I was a little surprised, id got a pile of statements ready. Just goes to show no two ORs are the same
