Abbey additional lending

Just called Abbey regarding the MEAF with a view to claiming back the difference.
I was informed that although when I took out the mortgage the fee was £99, when I took out an additional loan in April 2006 I would have been told the fee was £225.
Upon closing I was charged a fee of £225.
What do you think? Any point in pursuing this further? No idea if their info is factual or not.

Could be hard as you took out a new contract agreeing the new terms. although nothing ventured nothing gained.0

I think it would be the later because you would have had a new KFI and a new mortgage offer0
