Hi, just wondering if anyone has had a win from the Debenhams Beauty Club on Facebook
Did anyone else win and get there prize yet? there were five winners in total, so there might be another one here.
January 2012 Debenhams Goodie Bag and Conor Maynard Tickets (= happy teenage daughter!).

Thanks to all who post, and GL to all who try!!

I won, I won, I won! I've been Money Tipped!
i have won from them twice, jean paul gaultier stuff over a year ago and juicy couture stuff a couple of months ago and both times it was as stated about £150 worth, the jean paul gaultier stuff came on 2 shipments as they had run out of stock, but they actually sent me a bigger one in the end, so mine has always been accurate

  • It is probably most likely to be from Debenhams. Would be a coincedence if not but hope it is an extra prize for you :-)

The £150 will be RRP price, so even though the goods you have won now are retailing cheaper they will still send you the RRP price value, if that makes sense...

    Well done anyway :-)
  • Yes I though that, but RRP is £75 - currently about £30 in shops - so a long way off £150 and no note etc, have done a philosophy check and did not enter anything else closing around now - so prob just a bit unlucky. Still what we got was nice - DD home from school and hijacked it as she a bit of a fan - and she really happy!!

Thanks for all your help guys.

I won a Debenhams Beauty Facebook comp last year and the prize was valued at £560.
I was expecting a box crammed with goodies but when it arrived there was only 10 items in it.
Wasn't disappointed, just curious to see how they reached that value so I scanned all the items with the 'ShopSavvy' app on my phone and found every item cheaper elsewhere but the Debenhams prices all added up to near enough £560.
After Mrs Hertzy had her pick the rest were Christmas presents so all good. :)

I've noticed over the years that a lot of prizes are over-valued. I won a pond vaccum for my dad (which was valued at £360) and I was looking for accessories for it and found it no more expensive than £175. Again wasn't bothered as it was a great gift to pass on.
