.... remove the weights?

I picked up one of these in the Tesco sale the other week and have high hopes that they're going to help me with improving my upper body strength.

You are supposed to be able to removed the weights to suit BUT I'm darned if I can get the things to budge! :mad: (maybe its a sign of just how weak I am ). They look like they just unscrew but I just can't do it....

There's no instructions in the box and I've googled and you-tubed like mad trying to find any but no luck.

Any tips will be appreciated cos I don't want to be limited to just the one exercise.

Apparently the weights screw in and out, from the description: "The kettle bell's interchangeable weights screw securely into place"

Why not return to the Tesco's were you purchased the kettlebell from and check or ask if they have any instructions in any of the kettlebells on sale?

I've got them and they do just unscrew, I had to get OH to do it though!
