in Cutting tax
I have been working as a mystery shopper for about a year now. I have registered with NI and the tax office. I have received a NI bill and have applied for a exception certificate as I have a full time job aswell. I have not heard anything from the Inland revenue. I am not that worried but I don't want a huge tax bill in a couple of years time.
Can anyone tell me when they get sent out for tax year 2006/2007
This is my first time of filling one in.

I only got my tax return a couple of days ago so you may well receive one soon. If you don't then it may be worth your while to contact your tax office & check with them. If your self-employed turnover is less than around £15k then you need to make sure they send you a short tax return rather than a full tax return - much easier to fill in.0

I only got my tax return notification a couple of weeks ago. I started a direct selling business alongside my permanant job and I think as long as you are reg self employed they will notify you. You can always check on teh Business link website or the HMRC
Got a tax bill for a whopping 8p!! Wasn't worth the cost of the paper etc they had to send out.
Did the self assessment thing on line and it was dead simple as long as you have all the paper work
Good luck:T Quidco - £210.12:j0
