    I get a bit tired of hearing this negative equity warning about new builds
    The new owner will probably live in their new home for a number of years , hence reducing the chance of that. Secondly instead of saving extra deposit , the mortgage could be over paid.
  • The rate on that is better than Natwests 90% LTV mortgage, too (unless you qualify for Natwest's FTB offer).
