Hi pinkskyatnight!
I will hopefully be attending the bluewater fair
Have you bought tickets? If you haven't, try and contact some of the businesses exhibiting there as they have free tickets they give out. I found several on twitter looking to give some away and I have got some through there.
As a word of warning though, in my opinion, (and not to put a downer on it) the fair isnt worth paying for compared to some other local free fairs I have been too which are just as good. Although if you are looking for a dress, the catwalk shows were good.
The first time I went, they used both floors of the Glow centre, but last time I went (October?!) they only had one floor and I imagine if you pay, you could be a little disappointed.
I found on asking a few of the suppliers that werent there that it was quite expensive to exhibit there and therefore some of the smaller, more local suppliers dont go.
Its just a heads up if you were thinking of paying for tickets and if you are purely going to look about, its great fun and you'll end up with so much paper and so many magazines its unreal!!0 -
hiya, unfortunately i have already bought the tickets but did get 2 for 1 in an email from a wedding site i had signed up to. perhaps the october one isnts as big as the feb one as its more coming up to wedding season? yeh i can guess that it would be very expensive to exhibit there and therefore will only get the big companies but i am so clueless regarding weddings so thought it might be a good place for me and my groom to start to get some ideas! am also planning to go to a few local to where i live in ashford. all very excitingDebt Free Wannabe since Sept 2012!
