I had this issue, I messaged the Qmee help and had to send them codes and such (they talked me thru where I had to look)
They suggested I used Explorer rather than Firefox, but I prefer FF and it seemed to fix itself after a while.
Have you tried a different browser?

Anyone noticed the new quality score that keeps blocking you out of surveys. My score is 61. It says I've failed trap questions. I'm almost positive these aren't attention checks because I'm very careful about these. Seems a bit underhand as a lot of the time they ask you to answer on instinct and possibly wording something differently could alter your answer. Thoughts?0
