I'm loving Qmee, been a member for a couple years. Regularly get rewarded for ordering pizza (and often receive discounts), as well as completing the shorter surveys every now and then. The instant payments are brilliant.

Am I doing something wrong with searching? I've just started using Qmee this week but I don't think I've had a single search win yet. Do you get them when you search direct on ebay/Amazon etc, or do you go to Google first, search there and do it that way...? Might having the Swagbucks Swagbutton extension be interfering with it?

Sorry to be dense, the FAQ didn't seem to offer much help

They seem to be run by Toluna who have similar habits. From the terms of service:

If your account has not been used for one (1) year or more we will retain the balance in the account, otherwise we will pay the balance of the account to you.
