I'm wondering what people do about the many surveys on Qmee that avoid payment, either by throwing up an error page at the end of the survey, or by otherwise not redirecting back and registering as completed on Qmee? This seems to be happening increasingly often, and I feel like over the past few days I've spent more time on surveys that have cheated me out of payment like this than I have on surveys that have paid up. I fill in the "Report" section on Qmee, then I never hear any more about it or see any of the money. Is there some secret to getting these surveys to pay what they owe?

So basically, a large proportion of surveys on Qmee are just scams and Qmee aren't interested in doing anything about it?

Unfortunately their support is very poor. I've raised tickets in the past and provided screen shots and still they refuse to credit. I would go as far as to say that their support is even worse than sw@gbucks.

They had a bonus category for a while, that allegedly was to pay out for surveys that you should have been paid for but mysteriously crashed right at the end. Unsurprisingly it was hardly ever used and has now been removed.

For me it seems to go in cycles, when times get tough (as with Covid) I find there are more errors and I seem to do a lot of surveys for free. I'm possibly suspicious but I don't believe there are as many 'technical errors' as they claim. I believe it's just the providers getting data for nothing. I also don't believe the line of 'your data isn't used' if you are screened out at the end of a survey. As far as I'm concerned whether they use my data or not they've still had my time and input which I could have better spent on a survey that actually paid.

I'm sorry I can't offer a solution. I agree with what you say and I share your frustration

Yes, it seems that if the "errors" were actually preventing the survey providers from receiving our data, they'd have some motivation to fix them. But I've never seen so many errors anywhere else on the internet, including other survey sites, and it seems very odd that there are so many here - particularly since the errors occur on the other sites, not on Qmee itself - and almost always just at the point where they should be redirecting back to Qmee to confirm your payment.
As for "your data isn't used" if you are screened out, since all the surveys take place on 3rd party websites, I don't see how Qmee can guarantee that. At least Qmee sometimes gives a small payment in recognition of a late screen-out; but sometimes the survey doesn't redirect you back, so Qmee doesn't know about it, and then you don't even get that.

Absolutely. It's all just a little too convenient imo.
I use a mix of sites and some are certainly better than others. I think there's a fair bit of dirty practice in the market research industry and those that take surveys are treated pretty poorly. The researchers are more than happy to remind you not to rush, to be honest, not give gibberish responses but in return you're paid pennies if you actually get paid at all. I do wonder why I do them sometimes

Could you mention which sites are the better ones?
I used Qmee quite a bit in the run up to last Christmas and made about £100 in two months from surveys, but yes, loads of their surveys are annoying, ie they screen you out after spending quite a lot of time on them etc.
