He doesn't need a reason?Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
The problem with faster payments is that they are individual payment entries on the system. With BACS you can set them up as a batch file with all the details stored and just go down putting in the months pay and then send it as one item, rather than having to open and close individual transactions for each employee. If its only a few members of staff then its not a big issue - if its 30+ then it will take a lot more time.Adventure before Dementia!0

but what i am not clear about is whether the OP is asking for a techincal way for the boss to pay them on the friday (ie pay wed via bacs) or not. if boss doesn't WANT to pay them earlier, not much can be done.
However the OP didn't say why the boss wouldn't do multi bacs a few days before, or whether they had even asked him to do it. which would resolve the issue.0 -

Thank you for your advice but some of use do not have the money in other accounts to transfer.
To everybody else thank you for your advice as well, I have spoken with the boss and we are going to try to get it done on the Wednesday before.
Thanks again:T0
