Never seen it before, but it's the code they record against lower internet prices.

If you have a reserve number, then go to the store and get the products.

Order one from Chelmsford branch earlier this afternoon and friend has just been and collected it, she asked if she was able to buy another and the SA told her it was internet only offer!

I reserved mine earlier online today and when I went to collect my 2 micros i didn't hold out much luck. The lady serving me was a really surly old trout who was growling at all her staff. I didn't know where the click sand collect point was so I asked her and she said give it here I'll do it . 1/2 an hour later my goods had been price overidden by what turned out to be the manageress!!! I never had to mutter a word!!! She even apologised for the delay

I had no problem picking my up either! Tried charging me £25 but I said no look at my reservation printout and they said sorry!

It has to be said, Comet deserve a lot of recognition for the fact that pretty much everyone on the thread has had no problem getting the offer. I only had the reservation numbers written down on a piece of paper but the member of sales staff was happy to take my word for it.

I shouldn't be so surprised when I get decent service, but it happens so rarely these days. Well done Comet!
