I urgently ( Ooops )need to find a personal tax accountant. My local Yellow Pages lists 7 pages of accountants.
I expect they'll all say they can help etc ; but some will be better than others. Are there any specific questions I should be asking them?
How do I find a good accountant to help me who is "up to date" and "on the ball" ?
I'm in S Wales. If anybody has any personal recommendations please PM me.

Martin Lewis allowed his Uncle (i think it was his Uncle anyway!) to advertise here on MSE. You can't get a much higher recommendation than that!

Thanks for that info. Looks like his office is in Manchester and I live in Carmarthen. I think it could take a few office visits to sort out my problems. If needs must I'd go to Manchester.
Anybody any other suggestions - possibly closer to home? You don't stop laughing because you grow old, You grow old because you stop laughing" Large print giveth - small print taketh away. "0
