Ccleaner settings for daily clicks

Can anyone list how to set up ccleaner for optimum daily clicking? At the moment I use IE for daily clicks and Firefox for general surfing. I have the cleaner set to just clear IE history excluding auto complete form.
Should this be okay? It doesn't always seem to work when I run it....

No one? For example even though I run Ccleaner I can still only do 3 clicks at click to at Cashback rewards. Yet the click routine I follow from Kates site has it listed 5 times....what's going wrong?0

and downloaded it.
