Crate Boxes

Hello,
I am looking to obtain 'plastic box crates with lids'(80 to 100 litre) (similiar to storage boxes) ideally for moving house but also to be used as storage.
I have checked Dunelm, Homebase and B&Q.
The heavy duty crates were expensive and while some of the storage boxes, were ideal in size seemed to be a bit flimsy and laking strength.
Anyone have any ideas regarding anybody else selling these items?
Or any ideas for boxes for moving (not cardboard though thanks)?
Many thanks,
All the best.

Have you looked at Ikea?
TBH IMO plastic storage crates are not cheap; but if you are going to be using them long term then you want something fairly robust.
Or try a commercial supplier (if you want a lot)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Ikea was definitely the best price when I last checked. If its for moving, many removal firms will hire them out.0

check out the "used" section - not sure what delivery would be. otherwise an ad on freecycle or freegle?0 -
Plastor needs to work out the quantity of plastic containers you need to offer a very fair carriage price. If you're near Berkshire then you can actually pick them up from their showroom. Great company - use alot.
Plus, buying used plastic containers is much better for the environment
You're welcome! :beer:0 -
Funny enough I think you might get some in one of the cheapie shops like Poundstretcher or equivalent.0
