Regular surveys and quite a lot of methods to redeem your points. Not had a problem with it.
Some surveys are quite long and the points don't seem to increase quite proportionally to the increase in time - shorter surveys are better value in my opinion0 -
I've used MySurvey a lot, you can cash out with Paypal at just £3.00 and takes about a week to receive payment, never had any problems with them.0
