disappointed that my 7's don't fit - seem to be pushing down on my big toe! fingers crossed I can get an 8!

I found one of the boots particularly small & have had to send mine back.

Customer Service were very helpful & did offer a bigger size but I chose not to take them as I'm worried they would come up too big as I note that other purchasers have said they come up just right or even on the roomy side.

Not sure what went wrong with my pair

I couldnt even get my foot into the size 7 and I have never had a problem before, shame as now its going to cost me £6 to send them back and I am liable for the cost

I am so pleased. My boots arrived today, size 7, and are a perfect fit, and I would usually count myself a large 7 (more like 7 1/2) and was in a bit of a dilemma whether to order the 7 or the 8. The discrepancy in the sizing is strange, and I feel very lucky that they fit given the sizing problems others have had.

Hmmmm I tried to order the mens intrepid in a size 10. They were in stock but after I registered and gave all my details they then told me they were out of stock!!!!

I hope it's not a con just to gain my details.

I received the following email this afternnon but size 10 are still not showing grrrr

"I have looked into this and it appears we have a technical error on size 10. We have stock but our IT Department are just working on ensuring the stock is showing as available online. Please keep checking, size 10 will be available to purchase ASAP!"

still not showing in stock - is that because they sold out, or because they never updated the website?

I cannot get the Moritz code to work, although the Glencoe one does, I prefer the black Moritz!
Any suggestions?
