Hi,
A friend of mine is getting married, I asked what she would like as a gift and she said "Alcohol and perfume free skincare stuff"
Can anyone point me in the right direction? did a google search came across some companies but the ingredients on more research have side effects.
She wants the basic - face wash, toner, moisturiser.
TIA

I agree with samutiana. Liz Earle offer a great range of skin care which is very kind to skin! I have tried many products and would happily recommend the products (particularly the hot cloth cleanser)!CC1: £1000 £826
CC2: £4500 £4195
Wedding Loan: £6200 £5443
Car Loan: £10000 £5066
Very: £200 £50
Total: £21900 £155800 -
Is she going on a honeymoon? Dermalogica have smaller try-me or travel sized tubes and bottles sold in smaller packs, can be nice to take away on a holiday or for the gym. Otherwise I'd recommend them as a fail-safe for most as I'm yet to meet anyone who reacts badly to their stuff. The Daily Microfoliant is one of my favorite products.
If your looking for something a little different, try Elemis products which normally have some greatly reduced sets if your prepared to order online. My mum swears by them and gave me her Daily moisturiser tube which I now thing is fantastic. (Just wish it wasn't outside my budget!)0 -
Thankyou everyone - I should of said that she has very sensative skin and reacts to alcohol and perfume. With her skin going bright pink or looking as if she has scrapped her face.
Starting a new life she wanted something new other then the boring stuff she gets from the doctor.
No honeymoon as no time off work.
Was unable to find the ingrediants for elemis, will try again when baby is asleep, Liz Earle stuff looks so good may get some for myself when I have some money saved for myself.0 -
Aveeno or Burts Bees are both very gentle.
