Petitioning for Bankruptcy: appointment or walk-in

I'm petitioning at Lincoln County Court..... does anybody know if you have to make an appointment or not?

I remember reading somewhere it varies between courts....

    It does vary. Most I think require an appointment, with only a minority allowing you to walk in on the day?

    As said, only sure way is to give them a call and ask.

    Okay for information purposes you just walk in after 10am.

    Thanks for all your help guys.. Although I've not posted much about my situation just reading all the threads has been excellent. The knowledge pool around here is amazing. I'm also amazed at how well this board upholds its values of not judging.

    So as of 10:40am today I am officially bankrupted!!!

    So I guess it can only get better from here..

    Wishing you all the best with the rest of your debt free life. The br route is a rollercoaster ride but you will get htrough it. There is a lot of help on this board - I know that from personal experience.
