Evening all,
Recently my circumstances have changed and now i am able to clear my debts that i had to put on the back burner to help get by. Today i have had a look on Noddle at my credit report (requested other log ins experian etc) and there is 4 defaults for relatively small amounts bar one for £1700.
First of all how do i go about contacting these companies to arrange payment or suggest F&F payments. My long term plans are to get in the position to apply for a mortgage in a few years, so will the defaults when settled still be "angry" and cause me issues for the whole 6 years or do some companies not mind settled defaults a few years old?
I have also checked on trustonline and i have no ccj's against me. Do i have to search for the last two of my addresses or just my most recent?
Sorry for the ramble but i have to get this all sorted now im in the position to do so.
Thanks in advance for your help :money:

National Debtline have some good info on making F&F offers, but typically make an offer of 25% of the balance in writing and wait for the response. If they do not accept you can increase your offer until your reach an acceptable compromise.
If the companies are not currently chasing you, I would work on one at the time - otherwise you might find yourself getting them all chasing you for payments....0 -
