See a solicitor, as even though your paying mortgage now, and you sell, he will still get his full share, even though his not paying anything. From experience.0

When he went on the mortgage I assume he also went on the deeds. How was it agreed?0

yeah ive sent a copy of my letter. but then what. and what is the point if he justwants off and doesnt want to pay why cant he just sign it and move on.0

yeah hes on deeds. he keeps starting a argument everytime we get anywhere. he has no money in the property hes just not happy ive moved on. he kicked off he wanted it sorting asap. now hes dragging his feet0
