Has anyone used these? I was tempted by the offer from Quidco and trialled them by purchasing a single HP cartridge. I print a lot of photos for myself and friends and family and wanted to try them out first before placing a large order.

3 weeks later, I still haven't recieved it and their Customer Services have told me they have recently received a lot of orders as a reason! They claim they sent it out over a week ago but as their only contact is via email, I am having problems pursuing the matter.

Has anyone else had experiences of them?

I've used them 3 times now and have always received my order within a few days. An added bonus is that they've given me the Quidco cashback each time I've ordered - I thought it was only paid on the first time order but I'm certainly not going to look a gift horse in the mouth !!!

I want to order again now but the HP compatible cartridges I want are currently out of stock so it does look like they have a temporary problem. Up till now I've been delighted with them so I hope this is resolved quickly.

I used them for the first time last thrusday (i think) and got the £9 quidco and just got delivered today.

Must just be bad luck. Hopefully I get more cashback in the future

I must have just got unlucky then. They do respond to all my emails, they just seem to have lost the ink cartridge in the post somewehere.
