Hi Peter
I will keep answering on your original thread as I dont want to detract from whats been said on that. The deal your company have offered is not VERY bad but there could be something more competitive like I said, and without the fee's that will save you even more. As regards your secure loan, your solicitor should eb able to sort this out for you when you remortgage but its a good idea to get written confirmation from the secured loan company first that they are prepared to accept second charge once orig mortgage is paid on remortgagingI am a Mortgage Adviser

Reading Peter's posts, I can't help but think that Peter's money issues are more serious than needing to remortgage.
Peter, if you are struggling to pay your mortgage now, will things get worse in the future? Maybe seeing someone from the CAB for advice would help you.
Good luck!Errors of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it. - Jefferson0
