Prob the wrong place to post but I`m looking for a link or information for my friend. she is doing a course and needs information re the rosebank nursing home fire where alot of older people died. can anyone help

maybe you can help me with this question, cant find anything bout it anywhere.

The Fire Act 2005, was this act a direct outcome of that fire?
Also, need info re: the failure of practice by staff that night, I know their was an inquiry, this is all for course.
