I've been Money Tipped!
ive had this idea for my mum and stepdad for christmas this year. im thinking of making a 'get ready for christmas' hamper hopefully with something to open up every day of december.
i would like this to be as homemade and/or cheap as possible.
so far i have had the following ideas, but still need lots more if anyone would care to help.

  • tea advent calender
  • xmas themed oven gloves
  • xmas themed aprons
  • decoration each for the tree
  • wooden plaugue painted with the words 'the SURNAMES's believe' and a silohoutte (sp?) of santa in his sleigh for the front door
  • pjs and slippers (obviously bought) for xmas eve
  • im hoping to learn to knit, so scarfs, mittens and hats hopefully
  • xmas songs cd
  • xmas dvd possibly 'its a wonderful life'
and there i draw a blank :rotfl:i had loads of ideas for this a couple of weeks ago, but theyve just disappeared from my mind!

they are very jokey people so can get some jokey/novelty things in there!

any help or thoughts towards this would be very much apprieciated....
