love2shop vouchers expired!

Hi, I have some old paper love2shop vouchers which I have found at the back of a draw today. Unfortunately they expired some time back!
I have checked the FAQ on their site and it says if they expired within the last 6 months then they can replace them for a 2.5% fee. But mine expired more than 6 months ago.
Has anyone got experience of their customer service in regards to expired vouchers? I'm hoping they will be kind enough to renew them.
