Hello everyone,
I really hope you can help me with my problem. I love Fajitas but my DD doesn't like them so I very rarely make them. The problem is there is always far too much filling for me to eat on my own and it is very un-MSE to waste it!
Can I freeze it to use another time in the wraps?

It should be ok to freeze, although the veg might go a bit sloppy. Just make sure that you only freeze it once and that you heat it up really well.0

You can buy frozen fajitas, I have, before OS
but the seem to go very soggy. What about freezing the chicken, veg etc seperate ? Then just add to tortillas.
One day I might be more organised...........

Thanks for the advice, I didn't make myself very clear. I make the filling and wondered if the filling could be frozen(peppers, onions, chicken etc) then defrosted to put in wraps next time.
Thanks again!DEBTS @ 1/1/07 - £25,800:eek: DEBT @ 04/05/11 - NIL
