There's nothing like brushed cotton sheets in winter and the striped design is lovely but I already bought some last week in my local Sainsburys. If it helps anyone, JS have plain fitted sheets in white/cream/neutral/pale blue (sgl £6, dbl £7, king £8) and matching pillowcases for £4 a pair. A small amount of stock still available online but worth looking out for in store as well:

The reviews look quite positive. Have placed an order for a fitted sheet and pillow cases, hope it makes these cold cold nights a little more comfortable!

I have a set of the checked ones (big sale on them last year, fraction of this price) they're good - but one of the pillow cases arrived torn at the seams already. They've washed very well.
