Bankruptcy: listing creditors account balance // Barclays basic bank account query

Couple of questions please... just filling out my paperwork.
[1] Section 4: List of Unsecured Creditors
The balance of many accounts keeps increasing due to interest and charges and other accounts I don't actually know the balance (just an approximate figure).
Does it actually matter if figures are not correct?
[2] Barclays bank account
I have two basic accounts with Barclays - both with negative balances because of multiple failed DDs. Should I include this or should I make them an offer? If I include it do you think they will close them or reset them to £0?
If it sways the decision one of them had a payment authority to Paydayexpress for which they managed to charge the sum of £220 (rounded up) across multiple (about 6) different transactions when Barclays systems suffered techinical difficulties and accepted the debit attempts - they subsequently reversed these when I complained. I assume they did this by way of chargeback so if PDEs merchant account reject the chargeback i'm worried Barclays will take the money back.

Approximate balance is fine.
I'm doubtful you will be allowed to keep either of thsoe accounts or that Barclays would "zero" them? Bit of an odd situation....Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
