How long does it take for the or to make first contact

I filed on Monday but still no contact from the or. Unless I'm missing the calls ? Would it be made from a blocked or withheld number ?

Wasn't withheld for me if I recall?

Regardless, if you don't hear anything on Monday I would give them a call to check.

They are likely just very busy, but mistakes can happen and even cases get "mislaid".

Hi I had a call the the same day, I agree waiting for the interview was the worst part, I had a face to face interview at my request once that was over then I felt the sense of relief, but then I had to go through it all again when a trustee was appointed! Although that was fine too. Mine was, still is complicated with properties and land, not a straightforward one.
Give them a call for your own peace of mind and move another step closer to a better life, take care keep in touch xx

Thankyou for your replies. Well i rang up first thing and spoke to a nice lady. Goes to show how different they all deal with things. Basically she told me that can take 2 weeks for them to make contact, also they will contact via the post. An information pack will be sent with an interview date etc and im to ring if not convenient. The person deallng with my case has not been in for a week so im thinking could be up to 3 weeks now !

Least i know and not jumping every time the phone ring, but not great i have to wait so long also i forgot to ask if im still allowed to use my co-op account as obv its a long time and thing need to be paid for and money will be going into my account. doe anyone know the anser to this ?
